Plug & Play
A mid-point between CAT A and CAT B. A furnished, connected, ready-to-occupy space that lets landlords let faster and tenants start working from day one.
Dilapidation
When the lease is up we return the space to the condition you took it on in — strip-out, making good and reinstatement, negotiated and evidenced throughout.
