Specifying desks: good, better, best
Contract, mid-level and executive ranges are not simply cheap, middling and expensive. Here is what actually changes as you move up.

At contract level you are buying sound engineering and a sensible warranty. Frames are robust, tops are hard-wearing laminate, and cable management is present but basic. For most open-plan floors this is the right specification.
Mid-level ranges bring better finishes, more frame and top options, and neater cable routing — the difference shows in how the floor looks after two years, not two weeks.
Executive ranges add veneers, heavier construction and bespoke sizing. Specify them where they are seen and used daily rather than across an entire floor.
Whatever the tier, we confirm dimensions, finishes and power routes before anything is ordered, so the delivery matches the drawing.
